April’s Meeting Details

Wednesday, April 8th from 4-5PM at 1087 Elm Street in Manchester, NH

April Recap

Our April Contractor Connect meetup was another great one — thank you to everyone who came out and helped make it such a strong and engaged group.
We were excited to host this month’s meetup in our new space at Miller’s Tavern, and it worked out incredibly well. The atmosphere made it easy for people to connect, have real conversations, and continue building relationships within the trades community here in New Hampshire. This space is shaping up to be a great home for Contractor Connect moving forward.

We’re also excited to introduce something new — our raffle giveaway. Congratulations to Ryan on winning this month’s Yeti prize! This is something we’ll be continuing at future meetups as a fun way to give back and add a little extra incentive to join us.

Another highlight of the night — great food and drinks. Miller’s put out some awesome apps, and the bar was open for anyone who wanted to grab a drink while networking, which added to the relaxed, social feel of the event.
Contractor Connect continues to be about one simple thing: bringing together contractors, service-based businesses, and professionals in the trades to build real relationships, exchange referrals, and grow together.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone again next month — and welcoming some new faces into the group.

March’s Meeting Details

March Contractor Connect Recap

Event Recap

Our March Contractor Connect Meetup brought together another great group of contractors, service providers, and professionals from across New Hampshire who are committed to building stronger relationships within the trades community.
Contractor Connect is all about creating a space where tradesmen and women can connect, exchange referrals, and grow their networks in a casual environment. Each month we also share a quick 5-minute marketing tip to help businesses improve their visibility and attract more customers.

Marketing Tip

For our March tip, we discussed the importance of backlinks for SEO and how they help improve a website’s credibility and rankings in Google search results. We also talked about a simple strategy contractors can use to build backlinks naturally — leveraging social media and online profiles to create links back to their website. Even small steps like sharing projects, business announcements, and networking group involvement online can help strengthen a company’s online presence over time.
